Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rekiy AI (the "Service"), operated by IYGLOBAL LTD ("Rekiy AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, starting a free trial, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to that business.

1. What Rekiy AI Does

Rekiy AI is an AI sales agent that businesses embed on their own websites. It answers visitor questions from a knowledge base the business provides, qualifies leads, scores conversations, and can book appointments directly into the business's dashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give your AI agent to work from (pricing, services, policies), since it only ever answers from what you've provided.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including anything done by team members you invite. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and using Rekiy AI on behalf of a real, lawful business.

3. Free Trial

New accounts get a 7 day free trial with limited functionality, including a cap on the number of conversations the AI agent can handle during the trial period. No payment method is required to start a trial. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or decline free trials, including to accounts we reasonably believe were created to repeatedly access free trial functionality without ever subscribing to a paid plan.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in USD or NGN depending on the plan you choose. Prices shown at any given time, including any "early access" or introductory pricing, may change for new customers going forward; if you're already subscribed, your rate stays locked in for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already charged for the current billing period, and your access continues until the end of that period. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the Service until it's resolved.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Rekiy AI to:

• Deceive visitors about who or what they're speaking with, or impersonate a real person without disclosure
• Collect or process personal data unlawfully, or in a way that violates your own visitors' rights
• Send spam, or use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent the Service's security or usage limits
• Resell or white label the Service without our written agreement

6. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you provide (your knowledge base, business information, and any data about your leads and visitors). You grant us a limited license to use that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the AI providers that power your agent's responses (see our Privacy Policy for details). You're responsible for having the right to use and share any content you upload, and for your own visitors' data being collected and used in accordance with applicable law.

7. AI Generated Content

Your AI agent generates responses based on the knowledge base and configuration you provide. While it's designed to answer only from that material, AI systems can occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected output. You're responsible for reviewing your own knowledge base for accuracy and for how your business handles any commitments your AI agent makes to a visitor on your behalf. We are not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on AI generated responses.

8. Intellectual Property

Rekiy AI and its underlying technology, branding, and design are owned by us. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

9. Third Party Services

Rekiy AI relies on third party providers to operate, including AI model providers, email delivery, payment processing, and cloud hosting. Our Privacy Policy lists these providers and what data flows to each. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' own uptime and reliability.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will result in any particular business outcome, including sales, leads, or bookings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for the Service, or use it in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or other users. You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. On termination, we may delete your data after a reasonable period, in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless a different governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
